Wenn man dieses Mehl zu Teig verarbeitet, muss der etwas länger ruhen gelassen werden, als man sonst in Anweisungen vom Internet findet - meiner Erfahrung also etwa eine Stunde. Schon beim Teigkneten riecht es wunderbar. Man wird belohnt mit sehr aromatischen (aber das Gericht nicht überdeckenden), weichen Tortillas. Es ist damit das Tortillamehl meines Vertrauens.
